Blueberry Festival a Success!

The 2009 Wild Blueberry Festival drew thousands of visitors to the town of Paradise and Whitefish Point.  The Observatory’s education programs proved to be a big hit–the Saturday afternoon “Birds and Blueberries” program had 18 particpants, and 40 guests attended the evening owl presentation.

We are looking forward to steady visitation at the Point now through Fall color season.  Plan your visit today and enjoy some of the best late-season birding in Michigan!
