The Annual WPBO Birdathon

Every year in late May, WPBO staff and volunteers host a fundraising event called Birdathon. On the day of Birdathon, teams head out to find and count as many bird species as possible. Supporters of WPBO can pledge to donate based on the number of species the WPBO team can find during Birdathon, or pledge a fixed amount to support the event.
Hosting Birdathon is a fun way to raise funds for research at the Point, and you can support Birdathon by making a pledge. When the Birdathon has concluded, we’ll let you know what species were spotted and calculate your pledged donation amount. You can also pledge a fixed amount. Thank you!
